Made in Italy, this floral flannel sheet set includes:

• 1 top sheet with valance, approximately 240x290 cm
• 1 fitted bottom sheet, approximately 180x200 cm + 23 cm to cover the mattress
• 2 pillowcases with flap, each approximately 50x80 cm

The set is made of 100% brushed cotton flannel, treated with an anti-pilling finish.

The anti-pilling treatment is designed to guarantee the quality and durability of the sheets, reducing the formation of pills caused by wear and friction. During use, short fibers tend to detach, making the surface less soft and uniform. The treatment involves several phases:

1. Fiber selection: Long-staple cotton yarns are used, which are more resistant to wear and less prone to pilling.
2. Fiber combing: Short fibers are removed during the processing, creating a more uniform and smooth fabric.
3. Fiber reinforcement: Chemical treatments are applied to increase the fibers' resistance to rubbing, preventing pilling.
4. Gentle napping: The fabric is carefully napped to maintain softness without compromising fiber strength.
5. Resistance testing: The fabric undergoes abrasion tests to verify the effectiveness of the anti-pilling treatment.
