The anti-pilling treatment involves several steps:

• Fiber combing: during processing, short fibers are eliminated, resulting in a smoother and more uniform fabric.
• Fiber reinforcement: special treatments improve the fibers' resistance to wear and abrasion, reducing the risk of pilling.
• Napping: the fabric undergoes a delicate napping process, which preserves softness without compromising the material's robustness.
• Abrasion tests: finally, the fabric is subjected to resistance tests to ensure the treatment's durability over time.

This process ensures that the sheets remain soft, comfortable, and in excellent condition even after repeated washes, offering durable and high-quality comfort.
