Double flannel brushed cotton sheet set, made in Italy and decorated with an elegant stripe with a multicolor spotted effect.
The set includes:
- 1 top sheet with flounce, dimensions approximately 240x290 cm
- 1 fitted bottom sheet with elasticated corners, measuring approximately 180x200 cm + 23 cm in height to cover the mattress
- 2 pillowcases with flap, each measuring approximately 50x80 cm
This set is made of pure brushed cotton flannel and treated with a special anti-pilling finish, designed to prevent the formation of annoying pills that develop as a result of washing and prolonged use.
The anti-pilling treatment follows several phases:
- Fiber selection: long cotton fibers are used, which are more resistant and less prone to pilling.
- Fiber combing: during processing, short fibers are eliminated, resulting in a smoother and more uniform fabric.
- Fiber reinforcement: special treatments improve the resistance of the fibers to wear and rubbing, reducing the risk of pilling.
- Napping: the fabric undergoes a delicate napping process, which preserves softness without compromising the material's robustness.
- Abrasion testing: finally, the fabric undergoes resistance tests to ensure the durability of the treatment over time.
This process ensures that the sheets remain soft, comfortable, and in excellent condition even after repeated washes, offering durable and high-quality comfort.
