The sheet set includes:

• 1 top sheet with valance, approximately 240x290 cm
• 1 fitted bottom sheet, approximately 180x200 cm + 23 cm for the mattress depth
• 2 pillowcases with flap, each approximately 50x80 cm

Made from 100% brushed cotton flannel.

Anti-pilling treatment included.

The anti-pilling treatment on flannel sheets is designed to increase their durability and quality, limiting the formation of annoying bobbles on the surface. Pilling is caused by friction during use, which leads to the detachment of small fibers, ruining the softness and appearance of the sheets.

The anti-pilling treatment follows these steps:

• Fiber selection: Long-staple cotton yarns are used, which are more resistant to wear and less prone to generating bobbles.
• Fiber combing: During processing, shorter fibers are eliminated to create a more uniform and smooth fabric, which reduces the possibility of pilling.
• Reinforcing treatment: Chemical coatings are applied to make the fibers more resistant to friction, preventing short fibers from detaching.
• Gentle napping: The flannel is carefully napped to maintain softness without damaging the fibers, ensuring greater durability.
• Resistance testing: The fabric is tested to verify its ability to resist abrasion, confirming the effectiveness of the anti-pilling treatment.

Thanks to this process, flannel sheets remain soft and pleasant to the touch, even after numerous uses and washes.
