Anti-pilling striped flannel cotton double bed linen made in Italy

The set includes:

• 1 top sheet with valance, approx. 240x290 cm
• 1 fitted bottom sheet with elasticated corners, approx. 180x200 cm and 23 cm high to wrap around the mattress
• 2 pillowcases with flap, approx. 50x80 cm each

Made from pure brushed cotton flannel, this set has undergone an anti-pilling treatment, designed to prevent the formation of pills due to frequent use and washing.

The stages of the anti-pilling treatment include:

• Fiber selection: long cotton fibers are used, which are more resistant and less prone to creating pills.
• Fiber combing: during processing, short fibers are removed, ensuring a uniform and smooth texture.
• Fiber reinforcement: specific treatments increase the fibers' resistance to rubbing and wear, reducing the risk of pilling.
• Napping: the fabric undergoes a light napping process that maintains softness without compromising strength.
• Abrasion tests: the fabric is subjected to resistance tests to ensure the durability of the treatment over time.

Thanks to this process, the sheets remain soft, pleasant to the touch, and in excellent condition even after numerous washes, ensuring lasting comfort and quality.
